The purpose of education today is to train professionals able to ensure the transition from the industrial to the information technology society through innovations in training, education, scientific and technical work. Therefore, one of the priorities of modernization of higher education include is the creation of preconditions for innovative education of the teacher who will take the leading, but not a dominant position; will act as a director, but not a manager; will play a role not only as an arranger, but as a co-participant of the educational process that is built as a dialogue of those who study with cognitive reality, with other people, which will enrich the students' personal experiences.
