Retraining

Retraining is getting other profession on the basis of previously received education and qualification level and practical experience, as well as simultaneous training in two specialties of the corresponding CMOS in the same or in different educational institutions. In the framework of the retraining of personnel in the University training of citizens, with a "bachelor", for entry in the "specialist".

Retraining is carried out by working on the curriculum developed on the basis of the curriculum of the relevant specialty of the day form of training and approved in the established order.
Simultaneous training of students on two specialties in the same or in different educational establishments is carried out with the permission of the head (heads) of individual educational plan under condition of the schedule of educational process on the base of the specialty.

The amount of teaching time (period of study)needed for retraining of specialists with higher education, is determined on the basis of state standard in the corresponding specialty with regard to the previously obtained qualification levels and areas of education.

Total study load of discipline must be equivalent to the load on the day time form of training. In the system of postgraduate education of the University implemented the following options retraining of specialists:1) with other specialties on the basis of previously received education and qualification level; 2) the acquisition of "specialist" on the basis of "bachelor" in case when:
the direction of preparation of the bachelor and the specialist of the same, or is related, and specialty different - education period is 2 years; directions of preparation of the bachelor not match and are not related - term of training 3 years); 3) the receipt of other specialty on the basis of "specialist" in case when: the direction of preparation of the bachelor are the same and the different specialty - term of training-1,5 years;
the direction of training and qualification is not the same - education period is 2 years.

To account for progress in the system of postgraduate education are used: examination sheets, grade book (individual study plan), academic card, letters of consideration of performance, etc.
Retraining provides for the creation of the state qualifying examinations and defense of a thesis) (projects) (in accordance with the form of the state certification, approved in the educational-professional program of specialty).

After passing the state certification on retraining person receives the corresponding document on postgraduate education:
specialist diploma with assignment of qualification - after retraining;
a diploma about retraining - for persons who have undergone training under the program with over 500 hours; diploma of qualification - for persons who have undergone training under the program with a volume of more than 1,000 hours.
