Institute staff welcomes you to our website and informs that Educational and Research Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship is a unit of the State University of Telecommunications, which operates on the basis of the Charter and the Statute of the University Institute brings together the relevant department, and trains highly qualified specialists in "Management and administration" and "Sociology" at the following levels of higher education:

first (bachelor) level;

second (Masters) level;

third (education and research) level.

ESI Management and Entrepreneurship offers a range of educational services in accordance with industry standards of higher education in Ukraine in the following fields and specialties daily learning:

According to the Law of Ukraine "On Higher Education" by 2016 Institute continues to train specialists in the level of "specialist".

As you can see, it's almost a complete circle applicant prepare for higher education which promotes a better and purposeful teaching at the university and in particular in our Institute. Moreover, studying at master's course students can obtain parallel second higher education and further education at graduate and doctoral studies.

Our institute has all facilities for such disclosure, our teachers – there are 8 doctors and 22 PhDs, 7 professors and 21 associate professor, Honored Worker education and other fields, raising the intellectual elite of society.

There are scientific and pedagogical schools, qualified teaching personnel, widespread use of new information technologies which make it possible to prepare high-qualified specialists in management and sociology in demanded by the labor market not only in Ukraine.

The high professional level of scientific and teaching staff confirms that the scientists of the Institute are invited to the expert committees of the State Attestation Commission of Ukraine, members of the academic councils, who carry research supervision fields of science.

Young researches, graduate and post graduate dtudents who are involved in research work get regular premiums for their researches, participating in scientific conferences, meetings, round tables and so on.

Special attention is paid to higher education that combines knowledge of economics and management with practical abilities and skills in information systems and technologies

Institute students are able to:

• receive basic training in business management;
• take courses of specialized training with modern accounting ERP - systems class 1C, Sail, Galaxy;
• acquire modern business information technology in performing;
• participate in contests and grant programs, conducting basic and applied scientific research and so on.

To do this in the near future at the department will put in place educational and training firm (fully computerized) with modern content relevant programs and methods.

In preparing specialists in the field "sociology" students have every opportunity to master the modern techniques of fundamental scientific and sociological research on actual problems of modern Ukrainian society, monitoring social policy research and analysis of interests of diverse marketing research.

The mission of the Master's program of training in the specialty "Management of innovative activity" is to train professionals in the field of managerial innovation, possessing creative thinking; companies competent in matters of system analysis and financial evaluation can forecast and evaluate innovative risks.

 We will give a solid base of knowledge for successful implementation of innovation management in various fields.

 Graduates of the program receive a State Master's degree in the specialty state-qualification "Master of innovation management."

CONDITIONS OF ADMITIONS

Bachelors, Specialists Masters of any speciality are admitted on the basis of entrance examinations in the speciality.

Accepted persons without age restrictions, which have basic or complete higher education in any direction or specialty training (for educational and qualification levels "Bachelor" or "expert") on the basis of entrance examinations in the specialty.

The training offered innovative approaches to the study and practice of exit polls, expert interviews, online surveys, content analysis, questionnaires, face-to-face brainstorming and many other methods for studying public opinion and social relations .

A special laboratory is founded and equipped  at the Department of Sociology and Humanities of the Institute. It will be engage in studying standard software for the analysis of survey data (SPSS, OCA), to train future professionals in their use of special software for sampling, design effect , linear structural equations (LIZREL) and computer modeling of social processes.

While studying at the institute you can become a member of the international project Tacis, which is aimed at introduction of innovative methods and technologies professionally-oriented management systems of domestic enterprises and firms under the European Credit Transfer System. The project also includes the implementation of a number of international educational initiatives, including training students in dual model (Ukrainian and European) and Diploma in joint educational programs.

Institute graduates in the specialty "Management and Administration" work as:

• professionals / managers of financial and economic subdivisions of managers on business telecom operators: JSC "Kyivstar", JSC "MTS Ukraine", JSC "Ukrtelecom", JSC "DATAGROUP", LLC "Optima Telecom" and so on.
• Institute "Sociology" graduates work government:
• in municipal and corporate governance;
• as human resource management professionals;
• in units of social services ministries and agencies, production companies and corporations;
• in print, on television, in advertising agencies, the public relations (PR);
