According to penalize violations Derzhpratsi

CMU on February 3, 2016 r. Number 55 amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet on 17.07.2013 number 509 "On approval of fines for violations of labor legislation and employment". The document defines the mechanism for imposing on undertakings and employers fines for labor law violations. The list referred to in paragraph 2 of Article 265 of the Labor Code of Ukraine.

Specifically provides that legal entities and individuals - entrepreneurs, using hired labor shall be liable to a fine of 3 to 30 minimum wages. In particular, the maximum penalty provided for the actual admission of the employee to work without issuing an employment agreement (contract), obtaining a worker on a part-time when actually doing the job full-time, established the company, payment of salary (remuneration) without calculation and payment of Single Contribution and taxes.

These sanctions have the right to apply Derzhpratsi Chairman, his deputies, heads of departments and divisions Derzhpratsi of deputies, heads of territorial bodies Derzhpratsi and their deputies.
